The unit is ocean front, large (our unit sleeps 8) furnishings are quite comfortable and well kept. There are tvs in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a safe for your valuables; Washer and dryer in the unit. There is underground parking. The staff are amazing, readily available to answer your questions or concerns. This is a timeshare worth your investment.
We spend a week here every other November and it is always something I look forward to. Everyone is friendly. Pretty quiet, not over the top, but plenty of space and all the ocean breeze you could ever want.
This was a great hotel trip, they have karaoke, Bingo, and trivia on Wednesdays, a great sundae bar for only $3 on Wednesdays, basically a party on Wednesdays at the pool, which was great, the staff was really nice, definitely worth the trip

I traded with RCI for beach time 11 years ago. I ended up buying a week after a flyer was placed on my door with opportunities to own. I since have added two more weeks because it is so relaxing and fun. EVERY unit is a 2 BR beachfront with a HUGE balcony. The complex is 40 units total between the two buildings and is very well maintained. The staff is absolutely magnificent!! They are friendly, helpful and treat their owners like family. My sons, grands and I look forward to our family time together here every year! We love the ocean, beach walks, pool, activities, Tiki bar, atmosphere and rocket launches.
We love Las Olas, wonderful resort. Here, Las Olas guests are enjoying an intimate moment with a local, a manatee on the calm bayside waters on a guided tour with A1A Outdoor Center. Come enjoy Paradise!
Everyone feels like family here. I’ve been coming on and off since I was very young. They have a lot of fun community activities like karaoke, bingo, trivia etc. Grounds are clean and staff is awesome. The pool and hot tub are always in pristine condition. Also there’s an ice cream spot right across the street! Come on!
Always a wonderful stay. The staff here has delivered a fantastic experience for years. We know we are going to have a relaxing beach stay every time! Nothing like walking a few steps onto the beach with great pool, large rooms, and amazing Tiki Bar Happy Hours!
